Many people overlook how the nonwoven substrate impacts wipe performance. Cheap wet wipes easily tear once wet, shed fine fibers and leave lint residue, which adds extra cleanup or risks surface contamination. The base material, embossing pattern and sheet size all change how a wipe works in practical use.

We produce wet wipes from a range of nonwoven materials to match different requirements: water spunlace nonwoven, biodegradable material, bamboo fiber, full viscose, all-fiber blend, pure cotton and organic cotton. Each substrate has its own characteristics. For example, bamboo fiber and viscose options deliver softness, while cotton and organic cotton suit applications requiring natural raw materials. Our reinforced nonwoven maintains tensile strength even when fully soaked. During scrubbing, sheets stay intact and resist tearing. Optimized fiber bonding prevents lint shedding and fiber residue on surfaces.

We offer flexible sizing. Our smallest mini wipe measures 140×150 mm, and the maximum wipe size we can produce reaches 240×300 mm. You can pick the sheet dimension that fits your intended packaging and usage scenario.

Three emboss patterns are available: pearl emboss, flat emboss and EF emboss.

- Pearl texture creates raised bumps for better dirt and grease pickup.

- Flat texture gives a smooth, gentle wipe surface.

- EF emboss delivers a fine, textured surface with good absorption.

As a wet wipe factory, we support customization of wipe sizes and packaging design. The minimum order quantity is 30,000 packs. Samples can be arranged so you can test thickness, tear resistance and lint performance before mass production.
